Spardha is an online
business simulation game which is designed to test the mettle of
participants in a typical business scenario. It will present real life
challenges and opportunities to the participants and thus will provide
a platform to budding entrepreneurs to face the heat of corporate world
and apply their knowledge and logic to come up with innovative solution.

The Concept
- The participants (team of 2 students) are required to play
online business game which will be conducted on October 10, 2009.
- Game will be based on mix of business issues for example price, production, marketing strategies etc.
- Game will be played simultaneously by all the participating teams online.
- Two participants of the same team will be using different login with differnt PCs.
- Further details regarding the Game with its playing instructions will be communicated to registered participants.

Rules of the game
- Spardha is open to all students of management and technology institutes.
- Each team should consist of exactly two members.
- Members of a team need not necessarily be from the same
institute. Two participants of the same team will be using different login with differnt PCs.
- There can be any number of participating teams from one
institute.
- Participants are required to register on the website
http://empresario.nitie.in by 05th October 2009.
- Game will be played simultaneously by all the participating teams online. Teams will be informed the exact time of the game in further communications.
- The online business game will be conducted on our website -
http://empresario.nitie.in
- Teams not sticking to the scheduled time will be considered out of the game.
- Organizing committee will not be responsible for any technical failure during the game. The decision of the organizing committee shall be final in
all respects and binding to all the participants.
